Propago, a leading web-to-print software provider, has announced new integrations with popular management, fulfillment, and e-commerce platforms, reinforcing its commitment to open platform solutions for the commercial print industry. The expanded integration capabilities are designed to help printers streamline operations, automate processes, and improve efficiency.
The new integrations cover a wide range of systems critical to print operations, including management information systems (MIS), enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), and tax automation platforms. Propago’s pre-configured integrations allow for easy setup and immediate use, helping printers quickly connect their core systems with the platform.
“By integrating with key industry software providers, we aim to transform print operations and deliver a better solution for our customers,” said Rick Aberle, CEO of Propago. “These integrations empower printers to run leaner and offer more sophisticated services to their clients, leading to greater efficiency and cost savings.”
One of the standout features of Propago’s platform is its ability to seamlessly connect to a variety of industry-leading MIS and ERP systems. The recent integration with Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS) adds to an already extensive list of supported systems, including Avanti, Pace, and Slingshot. Printers can now sync order and inventory data, exchange status updates, and send shipment information across systems without manual intervention.
In the warehouse management space, Propago has added PrintStream to its list of integrated WMS solutions, which already includes 3PL Central and VeraCore. This integration allows printers to automate order fulfillment processes, reducing errors and speeding up delivery times by connecting directly with fulfillment systems.
Propago has also partnered with 4Over, a major trade printer, and Cutter & Buck, a leading branded apparel producer. These vendor integrations enable printers to outsource specific product lines for quick, high-quality production, expanding their service offerings without needing in-house resources.
For printers utilizing third-party e-commerce platforms, Propago has integrated with Shopify and BigCommerce. This allows seamless data transfer between e-commerce storefronts and Propago’s internal systems, enabling printers to manage customer orders efficiently from the point of sale to shipment.
In addition to pre-configured integrations, Propago offers RESTful APIs and web hook services, giving printers the flexibility to develop custom integrations tailored to their specific workflows and business needs. This capability enhances the platform’s open approach, allowing for further automation and system connectivity beyond the pre-built offerings.
Propago’s new tax automation integrations with Avalara and Tax Jar provide real-time tax calculations, simplifying the billing process for printers. Meanwhile, the integration with automation tools like Zapier and HP Site Flow gives printers the power to create custom workflow automations, improving productivity and reducing the time spent on repetitive tasks.
The expanded integration options solidify Propago’s standing as a comprehensive web-to-print platform aimed at helping printers streamline operations, reduce costs, and deliver more value to clients.
