What better way then for the Deputy Managing Director of Afkar Printing and Publishing Dr. (Mrs.) Adeshola Falaiye to celebrate the 70th birthday of her father – Prince Reuben Adegboye Adeyeye in grand style with close families and friends in attendance to mark the 70th birthday of a man with track record of detailed hardworking and constantly seeking for new ways to develop himself.
Dr. Adeshola’s father – The Prince, who turned 70 on October 31, 2018, was honoured by his children in a magnificent manner as he was fondly described as a worthy father who deserves the best from them as he spared no cost to see them well educated and settled.
Prince Adeyeye is a man who believes so much in good association and strong relationships and that according to him helped to build and shaped his perspective towards life as a whole. His words “My greatest achievement as a man which remains a source of joy to me is the grace to have trained and given my children the highest level of education possible and open up a path for them to achieve their best potentials in life”. Prince Adeyeye stated
When Dr. (Mrs.) Falaiye asked on while this grand birthday celebration, she said: “I am a staunch believer in celebrating people and appreciating them whilst they are alive and I am grateful that I am able to celebrate my father today. My father is an epitome of beauty inside outside. He is a role model to all, his children, grandchildren, relations, friends, staff and everyone that comes across his path; I am indeed blessed to have him as my father. He is unshaken in the values he holds dearly- sincerity, integrity, hard work, determination, perseverance, discipline and many more.
The Dean of Faculty of Arts, Director of Institute of Africa and Diaspora studies University of Lagos –Prof. Muyiwa Falaiye son-in-law to Prince Ayeye described him as a man of great compassion who sacrifices self for others even when he needs help himself. According to Prof. Falaiye, nature creates people like him only a few times in a millennium and he is blessed to have him as our father as he do not see in as a father-in-law anymore.
