GIFIC Printing Solutions recently hosted “Happy Hour Corporate Time with M.D.” event, a unique and exclusive mini-open house event. The event created an opportunity for GIFIC’s valued customers to connect with the Managing Director, Dr, Mrs. Ngozi Ukachukwu, in a relaxed and entertaining setting, while also learning about their latest offerings. Refreshments were provided, with a series of engaging activities.
The event featured presentation of GIFIC’s DTG, DTF and LARGE FORMAT printers, discounts on TRANSFER PAPERS, demo on TRANSFER PAPERS and a dip and win of #20,000 only on the happy hour period of 11am to 1pm. The event recorded more than 40 customers attendees.
According to Dr, Mrs. Ngozi Ukachukwu, Managing Director GIFIC Print Solutionz, in a brief interview session with Printers Digest, she said happy Hour is normally what company’s do to interact with their customers, feel happy with them at an hour, and both times in the hour do something different. Today we want to do something different by keeping our customer happy. We want to serve them better, that when they come, we are having the chance to show them our new innovations, technologies, products and services.
“I believe one thing in life is real appreciation. When you show appreciation to people, you don’t know the extent that you grow. Most people who come here tell us, I can’t leave here because of the advice, I can’t leave here because of the good product offerings and customer relation. So, what we are doing today is having our customers in the family. Today we just have products that sell 350,000 and we sold them at 340,000. The one that is our brand that sells 150,000, we sold it for 120,000. So, if you can keep them happy, it’s just that one hour and they have everything. we have a paper that we sell. This paper is G-Logo. G-Logo means Epic Brand. Epic Brand is a digitalized type of paper. This paper is one of the best papers that you can use to bring some light back. Now we upgraded it a little bit and then we want to also show people that they have added more value to it.” she added.
Also, one of the attendees at the Happy hour event, Mr. Ujoma representing Ujoma enterprises expressed his feelings to printers Digest at the event, he said “ I’m glad that I’m here. I’m impressed with the display of various machines and new trends they have in here, and especially I’m so excited to win a token of 5,000 from the dig and dip session.
