SOLON, OH – Graphco, a leader in advanced printing solutions, is celebrating a milestone year highlighted by innovation, record-breaking sales, and a growing footprint in the signage and commercial print markets. As the Exclusive Midwest & Southeast Distributor for RMGT’s 970, 920, and 790 Series sheetfed offset presses, Graphco achieved the #2 global sales volume ranking for RMGT in 2024, second only to China.
RMGT: Efficiency and Excellence
Graphco sold and installed 85 RMGT press units in 2024, further solidifying its position as a leading provider in the industry. The RMGT 9 Series perfecting press was a key factor in this success, helping to reduce operating costs while significantly boosting productivity.
PRINTING United: A Resounding Success
Graphco’s participation at PRINTING United resulted in over $4.4 million in sales and sparked widespread interest in its innovative printing solutions from key partners like RMGT, SD-Italy, Foliant, and Fold Stream. Live demonstrations highlighted technologies that boost productivity and profitability. “The energy at our booth was remarkable,” said Chris Manley, President of Graphco. “The industry is eager for solutions that drive efficiency and growth.”
Notable achievements included Wells & Drew Printing Company (Jacksonville, FL) becoming the first U.S. buyer of the Fold Stream, and C&W Graphic Finishing (Indianapolis, IN) expanding its capabilities with a Foliant Taurus 530NG. Horizon’s advanced finishing solutions also gained strong traction, with sales to companies such as EZ Mailing and Polpress.
Expanding into the Signage Market
Graphco entered the signage sector with a revolutionary hybrid cutting solution. “We are hybridizing cut by introducing a one-of-a-kind system that not only cuts and mills but also offers CNC-controlled welding, drilling, and tapping,” said Manley.
SD-Italy: Transforming CNC Routing & Cutting
The SD-Italy Augusta F150R CNC Routing & Cutting System was a standout in 2024, with seven units sold and installed. One of its key innovations, the Auto Stud Welding (ASW) feature, significantly enhanced both precision and efficiency. Companies such as Summit West Sign (Mesa, AZ) and Awning Innovations (McCordsville, IN) embraced this groundbreaking technology for advanced applications, including vinyl kiss-cutting and 3D material milling.
Looking Ahead
“Building on the success of 2024, we are focused on expanding our presence in both the signage and commercial printing sectors,” said Manley. “By providing innovative solutions and strengthening our partnerships, we enable our customers to thrive in a dynamic market. The future looks bright, and we are excited about what lies ahead in 2025 and beyond.”
