The Edo State Chief Justice, Honourable Esther Amenaghawon Edigin recently welcomed the XHS Nigeria Limited team – the sole distributors of Xerox print equipment and consumables, Document Solutions provider in Nigeria to her office at the High Court Complex Benin City, Benin; during a courtesy visit of the company’s team.
Chief Justice Edigin commended XHS Nigeria’s array of advanced technology offerings on Xerox brands and acknowledged the efficiency of the e-filing system that the court is currently using which according to her has reduced the bulky nature of keeping files and has made information retrieval to be easier.
The Chief Justice acknowledged the huge advancement in Xerox technology offerings over the years which she stated was far beyond copying and printing functions which the company was traditionally known for.
Aside, the Chief justice, other key members of the court who were in attendance during the visit were Chief Registrar- W.I. Aziegbemhin Esq, , Regional sales Manager, East Chicago Ogbodo , among others
According to the General Manager, Sales & Marketing of XHS Nigeria – Femi Abidoye during product presentation, he stated that Xerox is a high profile global brand with about 46 years presence in Nigeria and has been in business with Edo State for the past three decades and has continued to proffer document management solutions to the state.
Mr. Abidoye emphasized on the need for the state Judiciary to automate their processes, digitize their records in order to ensure more efficiency in carrying out its duties while introducing Xerox Electronic Document Management Solutions (EDMS) to the Chief Justice Edigin
