9……… (1) Subject to the provision of this Act:
(a) There shall be a body established to —-
(i) Register and categorize printing houses;
(ii) on the basis of area of specialization as it relates to the type of job that a printer or printing house handle and the equipment possessed by such individual or corporate body.
10. —- (1) There shall be established for the institute a fund which shall be managed and controlled by the council.
(2) There shall be paid and credited into the fund:
(a) All the fees and other moneys payable to the council in pursuant to this Act; and
(b) such moneys as may be provided by way of gifts, loans, grants-in-aid from national, bilateral and multilateral agencies or otherwise.
(3) There shall be paid out of the fund all expenditure incurred by the council in the discharge of its functions under this Act.
