11. The institute shall, not later than 30th September in each year, submit to the Minister an estimate of its expenditure and income for the next succeeding year.
12. — (1) The council shall keep proper records of accounts on behalf of the Institute in respect of each financial year and proper records in relation to those accounts and shall cause its accounts to be audited within six months after the end of each year by auditors and in accordance with the guidelines supplied by Auditor General of the Federation.
(2) The accounts shall be submitted to the members of the institute for approval by them at the next Annual General Meeting.
