The Managing Director of Gific Printing Solutions- Mrs. Ngozi Ukachukwu recently empowered a final student of Kaduna State Polytechnic in the department of Printing Technology – Misheal Agbidi with a Heat Transfer Start-up Pack worth of 280,000 Naira during the Print Entrepreneurship and Innovation Summit at Nigeria International Print Expo 2019 held from September 4-5 at Ladi Kwali Hall, Abuja Sheraton Hotel, Abuja
According Mrs. Ukachukwu, empowering young people is something GIFIC do often and they don’t make it public. There have been a lot of young people who worked in their office before going back to school, they empower them with the start-up pack while in school to enable them sponsor their education.
In her words: “For the final year student we empowered at NIPEX 2019, I am happy we empowered him because he promised to empower others and also make the northern region get more involved in the heat transfer business. In today’s world, a lot of people graduate from school and have nothing to do than to go in search of white collar jobs which is not readily available but when we empower them and they know its affordable, they make the best use of it. For us at Gific, It is a great idea to empower people and my joy is the final year student that we empowered is someone who understands the business, it is going to be a great resource for him” she said.
In an interview with Misheal Agbidi – the empowered student who expressed gratitude to the Managing Director of Gific Printing Solutions for such great initiate to empower youths like him who are willing and ready to start up their own business but do not have the financial capacity said: “It is an awesome experience for me as I received this start-up pack from Gific printing solutions limited and a great plus for me. Immediately after my final year examination, I am starting on a very good ground and I am grateful to Gific for making this great impact on my career”. He said
