HEIDELBERG will debut its Stahlfolder Fireline, a smart nearline postpress solution, designed for highly automated, flexible end-to-end digital production. This innovative system, featuring the Stahlfolder TH 56/66 models, streamlines the entire production process, delivering finished products from digitally printed sheets in a single pass.

Jetfire 50’s First Public Display in HEIDELBERG Design
The Jetfire 50, initially launched at drupa 2024, integrates seamlessly with Prinect technology, enabling efficient processing of short-run jobs. Switzerland will be the first market to install this B3 sheetfed inkjet system.
Stahlfolder Fireline for Nearline Postpress Efficiency
The Stahlfolder TH 56/66 Fireline processes printed sheets through cutting, creasing, and folding in a single operation, reducing manual interventions. This advancement ensures efficient handling of diverse orders, boosting the profitability of digital print production.
Versatile Applications
Fully integrated with Prinect workflow, the Fireline supports automatic presetting, covering a wide array of products like A3 and A4 full-bleed posters, four-page pamphlets, and eight-page A6 folded materials. The system’s batch processing minimizes changeovers and enhances productivity.
