HP Unveils Cutting-Edge Digital Printing Presses and Intelligent Solutions

With advancements in LEP, LEPx, and inkjet technologies, HP has enabled over 8000 printers and converters to expand their businesses sustainably. Leveraging over 30 years of digital transformation leadership, HP’s digital printing technology has set the industry standard for commercial print and labels and packaging production.

The new HP Indigo 120K digital press sets a benchmark for high-volume production and automation, facilitating a seamless transition from analogue to digital printing. By optimizing production floors and reducing human touchpoints, this press enhances efficiency while maintaining offset-matching image quality. Additionally, its ECO mode option reduces carbon footprint by 11%.

The HP Indigo 18K digital press, the next generation of the popular B2 sheet-fed digital press, offers enhanced versatility, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Advanced AI features such as auto recovery and proactive alerts boost productivity by up to 80% while supporting sustainability goals with an energy savings of 24% per sheet.

HP also introduced the HP Indigo 7K Secure digital press in collaboration with Jura JSP, revolutionizing restricted digital security printing with single-pass execution of security-focused print jobs.

HP’s comprehensive print production automation ecosystem, powered by AI and robotics, enables customers to achieve higher volumes and more jobs per press. Efficiency innovations include PrintOS Production Beat Support, HP Indigo PQ Maestro, Preflight, and AAA 2.0 (Auto Alert Agent) advanced, among others.

The introduction of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) in collaboration with MoviĜo Robotics automates media transfer, saving significant time per press each day.

Furthermore, HP unveiled the Sustainability Amplifier program, designed to accelerate printers’ sustainability agenda in alignment with HP’s Sustainable Impact Strategy. Additionally, enhancements to the HP PageWide Plus Package, such as Performance Economy Colour (EC) Mode and On Press Colour Profiling, further enhance productivity, automation, and economics for customers.
