Femi Okunade, a graduate of Electrical Engineering from the University of Ibadan. Femi was one of the best five in his class as he came out tops with a Second Class Upper Division. Femi also holds an MBA of the Lagos State University. He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School.
Femi first joined Rank Xerox Nigeria Limited in 1989. During his first term in Rank Xerox Nigeria, Femi won several awards and was promoted eight times in Ten years rising to be the first Black Customer Service Director of Xerox in Nigeria.
He later left and joined Tantalizers Nigeria Limited in 2003 as an Executive Director in charge of Facility Management.
In 2005, Femi joined Honeywell Oil and Gas as General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing. He had hardly settled down on this before he was recalled and appointed as the first Black Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Xerox in Nigeria in March, 2006. This marked the beginning of his second term in Xerox.
Femi is a Christian and happily married to Gbemisola with two children Boluwatiwi and Inioluwa. Femi who has traveled widely across Africa and Europe is an Engineer, a Management Consultant, a Marketer, a Motivational Speaker, and a Manager Per Excellence.
He is a member of different professional bodies including Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigeria Institute of Management, International Facility Management Association, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Institute of Directors Nigeria ,Fellow Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria, Fellow Institute of Information Management, Associate Member Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria and Fellow Institute of Management Consultants
